Our unit worked well but then developed a power issue. We contacted SmartNora and with some diagnostics it was discovered the base unit needed replacement. The new unit was shipped out quickly and without charge. The personnel were prompt, efficient and very friendly. I am very happy with both the excellent service and the effectiveness of the unit!

Having used Smart Nora for almost 1 year, I would have to say “it is a Godsend,” without it I would have been banished from the Master Bedroom for the rest of my life! Customer Service is first class, a technical issue with the pillow Insert was promptly addressed and a new Insert was on its way to me in record time.
