The catheters that were sent to me were defective. I contacted the company requesting replacements or a refund and have gotten nothing but a runaround. If I could give negative stars I would. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a claim. The product they sent me leaked all over my bedridden father and they had the nerve to ask me to return them in order to get a refund. Who in their right mind saves urine soaked, defective catheters. The people I am dealing with seem to be either delusional or incompetent. Either way, I would never order from them again!

I did not have any problem with shipping. I received my order within a day once it was shipped.
