It took a few tries for me to get used to using the device correctly. But really, once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take any longer than applying any other kind of makeup. And my skin just feels so lovely after applying the serum.

My original order was either lost in transit or grew legs and walked away. In either case, customer service was extremely responsive and shipped out a replacement quickly. Despite the fact that a replacement couldn't be sent expedited like the first order was, it still got to me quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Thank you OPTE for a great product and a great customer service department!
