So good , was not able to take Hrt on medical grounds and felt defeated. Now I am running and cycling more comfortably. Managed to loose so weight . I don’t dread sex anymore because I am not sore . Thank you .

Quite like the neck cream but not keen on the roller arrangement - the cream seems to lodge under it. I will probably have to cut it off. It will deter me from buying again
