I have my hair colour delivered to me every three months. This has worked extremely well, and there have been no problems whatsoever. If I wish to change any detail I can do so immediately. When in contact with the staff, I have found them to be very efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. I have no complaints at all!

I purchased a product for the first time with Josh Wood . Unfortunately the colour was not a good match for my hair although there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product. I contacted customer services, received a reply almost immediately and a full refund! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Josh again in the future.
