When i call they are always very helpful

I’ve dealt with EZ Lite Cruiser a number of times, and what always stands out is how easy it is to deal with their customer service. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters to me is how they’re handled. There was a minor issue with my latest order, and one conversation with customer service was all it took, it was resolved immediately. That’s been consistent with my experience with EZ Lite Cruiser: they’re easy to reach, easy to deal with, and they get things fixed quickly.

I have had my EZ Lite Cruiser for over six years now and it has been amazing! But it has also taken a beating being loaded and unloaded from the SUV. I needed two new arm rests and the replacements are perfect!

This is my second chair by EZ Lite in 9 years! The new one is very much like the first one except it takes a little getting used to. The recent purchase is faster, and that takes a while to learn to control. Also, while driving there is a slight wobbliness which, again, I needed to practice with. The seat is higher, which I love, and generally it feels more secure. I had to think which level to grade the chair, but I decided on Great because the issues that need to be dealt with are controllable, and the chair is so much better than completing machines.
