At first the shipping was concerning because I was not receiving any update after some time. After reaching out, they determined that something was, in fact, out of stock but their web shop did not indicate so at the time of ordering. Without even asking, they refunded part of my order and offered a close alternative. That is such nice customer service and I appreciate the effort.
