Barimelts

The Barimelts HMB Muscle Shield supplements are very easy to swallow and small enough for someone that has had a gastric sleeve to not be an issue. I have just started taking them so I have not seen a difference yet but I haven’t had any worsening issues either. So I can’t say it’s not working, but I can’t say it’s life changing either if you know what I mean. But I am hopeful for a life changing outcome!

I enjoy my chewable better than swallowing those big pills, very happy with this product. 😃

I have taken multiple different versions of the vitamins and love all of them, the calcium, the multivitamin, etc. I highly recommend them
