I have been taking veracity for about 90 days. I’m mostly consistent and seeing results. I’m watching my diet and exercising in addition to taking the supplement. I have successfully lost 10 lbs that I struggled with prior which was due to peri-menopause. Great product!

I’ve been taking veracity for about 3 weeks and I’ve lost 12 pounds! It’s definitely helped curb my cravings and as a breastfeeding mama it hasn’t affected my supply at all! I’m also eating in a calorie deficit as well as going to the gym
