I use these whiteners once a year or so. They are amazing. Would not get any others one. You can see the difference in the first few days and slows in pace a little til the end of the period, not a bad thing though as it goes very quick to begin with. Perfect product and a great price. Save yourself a fortune and keep your own teeth without going to turkey and messing yours up. LOL!
