I think it is easy until I mess things up.

I started using these products last fall. The underwear is a good deal for my income. Products are shipped quickly. The pull-ups used to have Chanel’s that locked in moisture which were excellent at wicking wetness away and protecting skin. Lately the pull-ups have lacked this feature for some reason. They say they hold way more than they do. I use overnight pull-ups all the time. They claim to hold 6 cups— I find the actual capacity to be closer to 3 or 4 cups. Also the fit for larger sizes is not great. I tried XL and found it to be a little too small so I have been using XXL which are a huge amount bigger and are actually too large. I wish we had a choice of one more option like 1. 5 xl. Or make the current XXL name 3XL and a new XXL that is a step between the current sizes. My other issue is that the website is awful. Getting into my account is very diffacult because I have to enter my username and ask for a link which usually never comes. If you use the chat they will send a link to get in but if you change pages within the app you get booted back to sign in and it starts all over again. Yesterday I signed in to change the number of packages of booster pads on my subscribe and save order. Since my current booster order was for a bundle of two packages when I needed 3 packages a month. The only way to fix that was to add a single package which I did and immediately got a notice was shipping soon. I tried to cancel that and tried again to order one pack to add to the subscribe and save and the same thing happened even though I get my subscribe and save shipped on the 14th of the month. So I asked to postpone that order for a week to get it closer to when I recieve my social security. Then I got a notice that two extra individual packs were being sent right away. They are in route already. I had hoped to call today to see if it could be fixed. Additionally when I recieve my monthly shipment I recieve a lot of bonus points but can’t access them. I managed to do it once but this month I tried to spend the rest of them or the coupons my account showed and got a notice that the coupons are invalid and the points just would not add on because I had been thrown out of the website. At that point I gave up. I really do want to keep using these products but this online order process is making it way to diffacult. I appreciate the effort to make the website safe but really every other website and or app uses passwords to buy things that are way more expensive safely and with way less hassle.

They have worked out well

It would be preferable to have a user name and password to be able to log in on your web site rather than going to the site, clicking a link, then going to your email, then going BACK to your website. It's time consuming and unnecessary in my opinion. Thank you for considering.
