Very nice for my small space. A lot for the money.

Ordering was easy and there was good communications with the delivery service, them calling you in advance to notify you of the delivery day. I tried to contact customer service about a question and there was a delay in the response. But once we got connected, the customer service and interaction was great, a 9 out of 10 (-1 pt for the slow response).

The whole experience was wonderful and we are thoroughly enjoying the massage chair. I have already recommended the site and chair to friends.

Just the chair that fits my needs and it does not take up alot of room. Customer service took care of an order mix up with no problem. Delivery was great, the guys set the box inside for me.
