Cordyceps for the win!
I have taken Superfeast mushies for years, mostly lions mane & reishi. My hubby is an ultra runner and over the years he hasn’t really been into my mushies. One day I was watching a podcast about ultra runners and these guys took cordyceps everyday! I was quick to tell my hubby & suddenly he was open to trying them!! Well, cordyceps morning & night has proven to be excellent for endurance with his exercise and recovery. In the morning he just has it in water prior to his run or gym. In the evening he takes it in milk, along with reishi and he now sleeps soundly and is less stressed overall. Hubby doesn’t miss a day, he raves over it! It took a few years but he’s finally on the mushie train, he’s a fast runner but a slow learner 🤭
