This toner has my heart. My skin feels softer and brighter because of its intense hydration. It's much thicker than typical toner, so I don't use pads, I just pour some on my hands and apply it directly to my face.

I really like it. It is very moisturizing! It is light and good for my skin. I like it can give more hydration to my skin. It is the 3rd time I buy it.
