Haruharu WONDER - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - Fragrance Free - 150ml

I will say that this toner is so gentle and one of the few that doesn’t irritate my skin. it’s quite hydrating and very nice to prepare my skin for the next step, but it’s formula isn’t the most hydrating compared to other toners out there. Other than that I’d still repurchase this for the price and the decent hydration the product gives :) (btw I have combo skin and it didn’t trigger my tzone)
