Has a slightly thicker than water consistency so cotton pads are optional. Really hydrating and amazing for irritation.

Firstly, the packaging is just outstanding, so pretty and feels so much more expensive than it actually is. The toner is thick, nourishing and incredibly hydrating. It’s honestly the best toner I’ve ever used. My skin feels so soft. I love that it’s fragrance free.

Have incorporated into my routine as first when hydrating my skin. A good toner with added serums leaves me shining. Nit greasy n doesnt dry out to the point if mattifying like how Witch Hazel does.
