Hi Sean / Team Stait, As you know, I'd been without Stait for a few months due to travelling with work / lack of foresight. I was struggling to make it to the gym and wasn't motivated to push much when I did make it. I've been back on Stait for only a fortnight and am back to looking forward to getting into the gym and my weights are going up significantly already. The mojo is back.
