Absolutely love my product purchases Just started using them but my skin feels good

I left a message in regards to this product not working with my skin type. I had a reaction on my skin. I kindly asked for a refund but no one !!! No one has responded to me or my emails. So I was happy but disappointed but now I’m just getting frustrated

Love the eye and neck products. Has done a great job for my hooded lids, the purple neck wand really helps reduce the fat and loose skin if you keep using it. I just wish they would develop a better tube, the air bubbles make it impossible to get product out. Customer service is top notch!

Great customer service when I asked to delay & then cancel my subscription due to an adverse skin reaction that developed over time, there were questions asked and my request was complete.
