It's good! Good experience with Skin Truth. They've come a long way since shipping internationally. As an international customer, the shipping insurance guarantees that if the products are damaged or something happened during shipping that results in you not being able to use the product, its a very easy process to get shipped a new product! Although I will say, the Customer Service team kind of shames you and scolds you a bit if you need to get a replacement and actually use that insurancs (through no fault of your own) which took me back a bit (insinuating it was somehow my fault. . . ?). Otherwise, good customer service, polite and quick to ship your products! I mainly buy through skintruth bc I'm a fan of Brianna and want to support her - there are skincare providers in Canada that I can get the same skincare for the same price, but I do like the wide variety on Skin Truth and so far, I've had a pretty good experience! Thanks Skin Truth Team!
