She listened to my concerns and gave me personal recommendations based on my concerns for myself and also for my husband. . She did not try to oversell me and I really appreciated that! I also received a follow up email with detailed recommendations that we discussed along with the reasons and science supporting the recommendation. I had also emailed a question and got a response from that. I have not received the products yet, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they work great. But. . . . . I am truthfully very impressed with this high level of research, and in addition, I appreciate the videos, the research, the 3rd party testing and the company's willingness to listen and help each customer!!!
