I had the basic plan
I had the basic plan and really loved all the information, but canceled it after a year. From the very beginning, I knew that the Nutritarian lifestyle was the path that would work for me, but I wasn't ready to commit 100%. I have since done a lot of internal work, and now I am mentally and emotionally capable to commit 100%. As I listen to and read the information, I am picking up helpful tidbits, and it is hitting me differently. I quit wine and coffee the first week. For the last 14 days, I have been a Nutritarian 100% and am getting healthier each day. I enjoyed my first Group Coaching and Happy Hour this past week. I am looking forward to learning from those who are more experienced, as well as the encouragement and accountability they will provide.
