At 72, when I need assistance in balancing my body I always choose natural means - foods as fresh as I can get them and supplements. I was introduced to BREATHE FREE several years ago when my son was experiencing allergic reactions. Worked like a charm. A couple years ago I moved into a 55+ apartment complex which does not allow for the kind of fresh air ventilation I previously enjoyed.
