I honestly was waiting to get my period to try the products. I finally got it and I am a tampon and sleeping with undies type of girly. I have extremely heavy periods that I have to change every 2 hours or more often. This tampon is easy to put on and I do not feel it at all- absorbs well. At night I sleep with the undies and it has been the best product I have tried for period care. I have tried multiple products and something always hurt or wouldn't absorb enough. I do not have issues at all and sleep without my sleep being interrupting of midnight leaks
