VERY GOOD!

I have never had honey with this consistency. I had no idea how it would taste. And I was pleasantly surprised. I love this. It would be difficult for me to have any other honey now. If you haven't tried it, I would give it a try. One thing I really like about it is...when I have a cough or sore throat, this takes more time to dissolve (as it's not a liquid runny honey) in my mouth, thus going down my throat slower to help alleviate the cough, especially when trying to sleep.
