Delicious!!!

When I shop for honey %100 Certified Organic Honey by YS Eco Bee Farms is the one that hits all the marks. It's raw and pure honey and organic to boot. With that sad I try to only use in things that don't involve heat, that might destroy the good. Usually on a piece of gluten free bread or homemade yoghurt usually. Very tasty!!!

My Favorite Brand!

Hard to find a good RAW Organic Honey -- this is the only one to buy! Tastes wonderful -- mild. Texture -- thick and creamy, extra firm in colder weather. I use regular organic honey for cooking since heat destroys all the goodness in this raw one.
