I live with chronic pain for my autoimmune arthritis and basically in pain 24x7 if I don't take enough painkillers. Ordinary over the counter painkillers are not enough for me and my doctors don't want to prescribe enough opioids to cover my pain. They prescribe the absolute minimum (like 1 smallest dose a day), every time with a fight. Kratom has been a life saver for me, for my pain. I mostly use it for my pain, but it also improves my mood and energy levels (if I don't take too much, which is now actually hard to do with high tolerance). I've been the customer of Phytoextractum for at least a few, or even several years by now and have only positive experience with them. Prices are very fair, discounts are great. ISOL-8 extract is the best in my experience. I can feel it's the strongest one. The minimum dose for me is about 0. 35g, like a threshold when I can feel some minimum effect, but due to my high levels of pain I take about 4 such doses, i. e. 1. 4g a day, or even more on bad days. Unfrotunately, Kratom is not researched as well as some popular opioids, but so far I have never had any problems which I could attribute to kratom.
