As the stick-straight-haired mom of a curly-top daughter, taking care of her hair has not been intuitive for me. I credit Sammy Feldman / stylezbysammyy on Instagram for recommending Water Works. I've tried all different types of moisturizing and clarifying products (some at very high price points) over the years, but my daughter's hair still felt dry and looked frizzy a day or two after washing. Water Works and the rest of the Curl Detox products completely changed that. It's like the buildup of all those other products was finally removed and her hair could actually absorb water and moisturizer. Now, her curls are shiny, bouncy, and soft--even several days after washing. I highly recommend the Curl Detox products--and especially Water Works--to anyone with similar curl challenges.
