Following the birth of our 2nd child I was having the usual postpartum night sweats in already warm weather, and waking up with severe headaches. I was looking round for something to replenish the salts lost each night and give my milk supply a boost- but found a lot tasted awful and weren’t having much effect. But since I came across ORS, the sweats themselves have lessened and I don’t wake up with headaches. I prefer the strawberry flavoured tablets but the blackcurrant ones still beat many others available. I’d highly recommend for other PP mama’s out there.
