I was not happy with

I was not happy with the NuMe Automatic Curling Wand. I had difficulty using it and ripped out hair on more than one occasion. Also, the curls did not last and fell within a few hours. I requested a refund and returned the product per instructions. I received confirmation from UPS that the returned product was received on 11/14/22. I have not received a credit on my charge card or any notification from the company that the product was received. I now have paid for a curling iron that I do not have! Very poor service. I would not recommend this company.
