I had a problem with shipping -- items were not moving. I did have to send two emails but the second one got picked up right away and I was kept up to date with everything after that. Real World sent me the items again. Shipping was fast and all items came perfectly packed. They did come much later than my expected date but I really appreciate the effort put into one small order.
