Always an excellent shopping experience with Napoleon Perdis.

Very disappointed as the shade was so very different from the shade online. I knew it was wrong from the moment I opened the cap and when I tried it on, the shade was so muted like a nude colour, that it looked like I was not wearing any lipstick at all. This did not suit me as I need some colour. I did check to see if they had sent me the wrong one, but it was correct. I have never had this experience with shopping for make-up online. I have no doubt that the quality is good, but if the shade is wrong then that doesn’t help me. Not cheap and I cannot ask for a refund or replace it as it has been used.
