Good stuff everything I needed

I stopped smoking years ago because I had to get my tonsils out once I took a tolerance break while I was healing when I went back to smoking I was freaking out. It was too intense. It was too much but this is different. This is amazing. this is light this is soothing. It’s not like a scary intense high where I feel trapped almost it’s so soothing and it’s not even enough to scare you or get your nerves up there! I recommend this product to anyone who has been scared or frightened or having anxiety from smoking and wanted to try again
