I love these products, and I attribute what has been (so far) an easy transition to menopause for me. I don't really have the symptoms that so many of my friends have. Earlier in the pandemic, when we all were tied to our desks, I do think that I gained a few pounds! Now that things are normalizing, and we all are emerging and moving more, I think I've lost those pounds. I also would like to think that Menolabs had something to do with my reset, too!
