This is an excellent multi! It's perfect for my personal supplement needs, since I prefer to split the two caplet daily dose between two days. I also appreciate that B-12 is in methylcobalamin form, not the cheaper cyanocobalamin. The ingredients are thoughtfully and professionally compounded from whole foods, and I am very happy with my purchase!

This is my favorite form of magnesium. Very calming for night time use. I can take higher doses without risk of digestion discomfort. This has been a great add on for nights when I feel like my mind won't slow down.
