The brush is really nice to use and I’m very happy with the quality. Although I encountered some issues with the delivery process, the Mane team managed to resolve everything efficiently. I also liaised with Angela from the customer support team, and she was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She kept me updated regularly regarding my order and made sure everything was properly sorted out. Really appreciate her great customer service! Loved my round brush so much I brought one for my friend too! I like the large size, even though I have pretty long hair. It is easier to maneuver and try to get a small wave out of it.
