My experience with Lofta has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. The entire process is simple, and every person I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind. My primary care provider initially told me it would take about nine months just to get a referral for a sleep study. I discovered Lofta shortly after that conversation, and everything moved so quickly from there. Within a month, I had completed an at-home sleep study. Just three days later, I spoke with a physician about my results. A week after that, I had a consultation to discuss the best machine and mask options, and another week later, my equipment arrived. Since then, I’ve been working with a sleep coach who checks in with me every two weeks to make any needed adjustments. She’s incredibly kind, and I actually look forward to our quick check-ins—they’re efficient and never take more than five minutes. I’ve already started recommending Lofta to my friends and family, and I’ll continue to do so.
