An absolute game changer! I was recommended Kal Vitamins by my girlfriend and let me tell you they did not disappoint! The biotin I purchased has been extremely effective and works super well! I personally use to help with my hair health but i’ve definitely noticed the skin and nail benefit. The customer service is also A-1, 5 stars, 10/10; whatever you want to call it!
