Hello, I am writing to you regarding an issue with my order. The package has been stopped by customs here in Slovenia, my home country. It appears that minoxidil is classified as a prescription-only medication in Slovenia, so I have to cancel the order and return it; otherwise, it will be burned. This will cause you to have additional shipping expenses, which is silly, and I genuinely feel bad. Therefore, I have a proposal. Since I work in Italy (the neighboring country, where minoxidil can be bought OTC according to my research), would it be possible from your perspective to change the delivery location from the current address to one in Italy?
