Love it! Y’all were very nice and gave me the bigger one since the smaller one never came!

My order was delayed in shipping. When I contacted the customer service department, they were quick to cancel my order, refund, and send another package. The package arrived and one of the bottles had frozen and broke due to the cold. I contacted customer service again and they sent a replacement for the damaged product. A few ups and downs but in the end it was a positive experience.

I have always wanted to try a professional grade waxing system. And this is it. I purchased all of the products that go with it, which I think really enhance the experience and results. The only thing I did not like and this is very picky is the packaging that it arrived in. The tape says crybaby wax and I sort of prefer a little more discreet packaging, but that’s just me. I will be purchasing all of these products again.
