It is working just as it claims. I'm still on my 1st bottle. I started it on 7/20/26 with applications of 2-3×s a day. My face injury was on 6/28. After 2 wks of antibiotics & OTC silicone gel & switching to Healfast, my scar & the area around it ( half dollar size) is healing & getting lighter. I know it's a process but I am hopeful.
