I was introduced to Haylie’s FMD book back in 2016. I did loose 20 lbs the first time I followed the diet but since then weight loss is a challenge. It’s Off and on . But I do appreciate Haylie’s steadfastness in helping us understand the science of nutrition and health. Her hard work is helping us reap the rewards. Her dedication is so admirable. The webinars teach us so much and keep us motivated when life gets overwhelming. I wish I had the money to join all the programs she offers but I can’t.
