I used the 10-day Detox kit. I liked the fact that the product is healthy--with no objectionable ingredients (based on my personal scale). The program was fairly easy to follow. I tested positive on Day 11 and was a bit nervous. However, the next day (Day 12--day of the test), I followed the guidelines carefully and tested negative before heading to the lab. Sure enough, the test results from the lab were negative. Amazing to me that a product that is legal can also be banned by certain companies hiring, but I digress. I recommend this product without hesitation!
