I often find it difficult to hold a routine with supplements, especially in powder form. But this collagen powder is perfect. Dissolves easily in a nice mug of warm/hot lemon tea and can’t even taste it. I was using my favorite cranberry juice but didn’t want the extra sugar before bedtime so I switched to the hot tea and I’m enjoying it so much more.
