I did question the quality upon first opening the jar, but I eas assured by a prompt response that the oils had not gone off. I was also offered the opportunity to return the product for a refund. I have come to appreciate the product's benefits, so I am glad I did not take them up on that offer. Genesis HH has given me efficient, respectful customer service, and I appreciate their standing behind their product. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well.
