The customer service team was amazing, the mail carrier lost my original package, and when I reached out to the customer service team, they were very polite and helpful. They replaced the items they could and refunded the items they couldn't. I was upset that I didnt get the yule ghoul, but I was refunded and have since enjoyed the mystery box and the lump of coal and the Nutcracker candles.

These bath bombs are the best!! They completely dissolve in 10 minutes, have a magical surprise ring waiting inside, and never disappointed my expectations. The fragrances are so inviting getting into my tub. The colors stay vibrant and alluring. I can't recommend these enough. I've got a basket full.
