I love this lipstick, however, the first order I placed NEVER showed up. I emailed them several times and they didn't even bother to respond. I finally posted a comment on one of other sales on Facebook and they reached out and sent me the order. So, that being said, lipstick is great, customer service after the sale not so great. I wonder if they would have even responded if I hadn't posted a not so good comment on their FB page.

Although the color intensity is quite different from the last Black Lip Balm I purchased (it was a while ago - that's how long one tube lasted me), it remains my favorite all day, every day lipstick
