I have not yet received this product, three weeks after ordering it and there is no clear way to contact anyone about this. Tracking has it stuck at a distribution centre waiting for the addressee to pay customs charges, however I have no idea how to do this. I feel that if you are ordering outside of the USA and paying a lot for delivery as it is, additional charges should be explained on purchase.
