My delivery came as expected and it was packaged beautifully. The only thing about ordering Open Box or Final Sale items is that on the checkout/order page, the "Checkout+" option that's auto checked is misleading. Firstly, it's automatically checked (which is sorta not cool); secondly, if a customer is buying a final sale item then the "Checkout+" option doesn't apply at all (maybe I'm mistaken but I thought all Open Boxes/Final/Clearance items are non-returnable). Anyway, business-wise, I get why this box is auto-checked but it should be de-activated when a customer adds only final sale items to their cart. Otherwise, WS1 is a great , trustworthy resource for beautiful brands for all of us on the hair loss and/or alt hair journey!

Wig studio 1 is great. They have a big selection and lots of support for pre-purchase research.

I couldn't ask for a better company.
