The team truly are amazing and despite being a family run business so not a major large corporation with hundreds of staff I receive a response almost immediately whether it’s from my skincare consultant or a colleague. It’s truly unbelievable! After purchasing my products from a local dermatologist I honestly would never purchase from anywhere else. I’ve only ever encountered one problem since I became a customer in 2021 (which was faulty packaging and not the fault of Face Dr). It was immediately resolved and it out any hassle whatsoever. You certainly feel the care of a business which is family run, with service that is unmatched.

Amazing as always, delivery great and the free gift which now has me converted was a little bonus! Won’t order from anywhere else now
