I was able to collect at my local medi spa so I cannot comment on delivery and shipping times but what I will say is I received direct contact with Face Dr within a short period of time from purchasing. Full of information and support.

Good communication with regards to shipping etc. Emails with routine steps on how to use products ordered provided. Order arrived promptly. Bundle was good value for money. Will definitely be using Face Dr again
