Love the Seamoss. The only thing is it took to long to come. Delivery has to be better especially dealing with perishables.

I drink ginger tea before bedtime. My sister sent the first jar to me of the Lemon-Ginger & Tumeric. I dissolve a tablespoon in the hot tea. I am convinced this is why I'm sleeping better, finally!
